What are your thoughts on Catherine Zeta Jones being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder?

What are your thoughts on Catherine Zeta Jones being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder?I have Bipolar Disorder myself and i commend this women for making this information public.She is so strong and brave.No doubt the illness was triggered by the stress of her husbands battle with cancer.There is still alot of stigma around mental illness and i hope that this is the first step in breaking that stigma down.It just goes to show that even famous people can have mental disorders too.I admire this woman.Thanks for reading.
