Can I pull off bangs like these? [pictures included]?

Bangs would look good on you, but you either need to straighten them daily, and then mess them up a bit with your fingers to give them that styled, messy look, OR you should clip that back with bobby pins. Don't leave them unattended, or they will look childish.
